Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gas Station Dance at gasstationdance.co (the "Service"), operated by the Gas Station Dance Team ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Gas Station Dance creates a fixed three-shot dance video from your photos. You assign photos to the dancer, selfie and car-exit roles, or use one photo for all three. The Service supplies the reference dance and generates a complete 15-second, 720p vertical video with sound using Seedance 2.0 through KIE.

Videos are generated by third-party AI models. Results vary from run to run, may contain errors or artifacts, and may not match your request exactly. Features, supported formats, resolutions and models may change over time.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to agree to these Terms where you live. You sign in with Google or with a one-time email link. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email and Google account secure. Tell us promptly at support@gasstationdance.co if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Credits, Plans and Payments

  • Credits. Generating a video uses credits. The current complete video uses 536 credits, shown before you start. Your task keeps the credit quote you accepted even if the price changes later.
  • Failed renders. If a render fails — including when a model provider rejects an input — the credits used for it are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Credit packs and sign-up credits do not expire.
  • Plans. Subscription plans add credits each billing period. Plan credits refresh at the start of each period and do not roll over. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Prices. Prices are shown on our pricing page before you buy and may include taxes where applicable. We may change prices for future purchases and renewals; changes do not affect payments already made.
  • Refunds. Credits that have been used for completed videos are not refundable. For any other billing issue, contact support@gasstationdance.co and we will review your request. Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights you have under the law where you live.
  • Payment processing. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and its terms also apply to your payment.

Your Content

"Your Content" means the videos, images, prompts and other material you upload, together with the videos the Service generates for you.

  • Ownership. You keep whatever rights you have in the material you upload. As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of the videos you generate.
  • License to us. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to the AI model providers that generate your videos.
  • Your responsibility. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload — including the rights in any footage, music, artwork, brands and products — and that you have the consent of every identifiable person who appears in the photos you upload.
  • Similar results. AI models can produce similar outputs for different users, so other users may receive results that resemble yours.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or share content that:

  • Shows a real person in a sexual, intimate or degrading way, or uses anyone's likeness without their consent
  • Involves sexual content of any kind with a minor, or depicts minors in a sexualized way
  • Impersonates a real person, brand or organization to deceive, defraud or mislead others, or is presented as genuine footage of events that did not happen in order to deceive
  • Harasses, threatens, bullies or promotes violence or hatred against any person or group
  • Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights
  • Is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity

You also agree not to attempt to bypass content filters, credit limits or security measures, not to access the Service through automated means that we have not authorized, and not to resell or redistribute the Service itself. Where the law requires synthetic or AI-generated media to be labeled, you are responsible for labeling content you publish.

We may remove content, refuse a generation, or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including hosting, payment, email and AI model providers. We are not responsible for their services, and their own terms may apply to how they process your requests.

Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. If we end your access without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any credits you paid for.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from Your Content or from your violation of these Terms or of anyone else's rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the new version on this page with an updated date, and for significant changes we will give additional notice, such as by email. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
