Who We Are

Gas Station Dance is an online photo-based dance video generator built and operated by the Gas Station Dance Team ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use gasstationdance.co (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Information We Collect

Account information

You sign in with Google or with a one-time link sent to your email address. We receive and store your email address, and, if you use Google sign-in, your name and profile picture from your Google account. We do not ask for or store a password.

Content you upload and create

To make a video, you upload photos and assign them to the dancer, selfie and car-exit roles, or use one photo for every role. We store these files and settings, together with the videos the Service generates for you, so you can view and download them from your account.

Purchase information

When you buy credits or a plan, payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive the order details we need to deliver your purchase — such as the plan or credit pack, the amount, the currency and the payment status. We never receive or store your full card number.

Usage and device information

Like most websites, we collect information about how the Service is used: pages visited, buttons clicked, the type of browser and device, approximate location derived from your IP address, and referring pages. We collect this through our own server logs and through analytics tools described in our Cookie Policy.

If you contact support, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you and follow up.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

Create and secure your account and send the sign-in emails you request
Process your uploads and generate the videos you ask for
Track your credit balance, purchases, plan renewals and automatic refunds for failed renders
Show you your past generations, history and favorites
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms of Service
Understand how the Service is used so we can fix problems and improve it
Respond to your support requests and send important service notices

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploads or generated videos for advertising.

How Your Videos Are Processed

Your uploads and generated videos are stored in our cloud storage. When you start a generation, we pass your role photos and the built-in reference template to KIE, which processes the generation using Seedance 2.0, using a file link that is unique and hard to guess. The provider returns the finished video, which we copy into your account. Each provider handles the files under its own terms and privacy policy, and only for the purpose of processing your request.

Model providers apply their own content filters. If a provider rejects an input, the render fails and the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to do so:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety or property of our users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

How Long We Keep Information

Account information is kept while your account is active.
Uploads and generated videos are kept so you can access them from your account, until you delete your account or ask us to delete them.
Purchase records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics tools we use.

Your Choices and Rights

Access and correction: You can see your account details, credits and generations in your account settings. Contact us if anything needs correcting.
Deletion: You can delete your account from your account settings. To have your uploaded files and generated videos removed as well, email support@gasstationdance.co and we will delete them.
Copies of your data: Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Analytics: You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to or restrict certain processing or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will respond to requests within the time required by applicable law.

Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No online service can be completely secure, so please keep access to your email and Google account safe.
